Instructors needed for 1hr drawing cartoon class this Saturday. You get paid $150

I Love Children, a non-profitable organisation, which advocates Singaporeans to have more children is doing a "I Love Children" bus this saturday! There will be story-telling sessions and balloon sculpting. The bus will be stationed at IKEA Tampines, from 11am – 4pm. They will have a drawing/cartooning class between 3 – 4pm. Necessary materials will be provided for the class. A token sum of $150 will be given to the instructor. Class to be conducted in English. The majority of the kids will be primary school kids, and most of their parents will also join in the sessions. OIC PORTRAIT DAY @ MAAD, 4 OCT, RED DOT MUSEUM, 2-7PM

Sign up for the next portrait day happening this Saturday at MAAD! You know the drill. Everyone gets 15mins to draw each customer altogether. If your drawing gets chosen, you get $8. Good anatomy practice and fun for everyone! And to celebrate OIC's 2nd anniversary, everyone can get their t-shirts or bags silkscreened and notebooks stamped with special illustrations from OIC illustrators! (sat and sun 12-7pm) So invite your friends and bring your own t-shirts and items to be stamped and silkscreened!

robot fish ending

The ending to a story i wrote many years ago. A swarm of unstoppable robot fish lay waste to the galaxy. The only way to immobilize them was to bring them close to one of the engineers that created them. a bad man. A dimension traveller and a professor attempt this dangerous task.

First ten minutes of my day

Been working on a project for one of the subjects in Uni. Trying to keep a record of every single thing I've used and consumed, in a day. Let me say this Big and Bold: IT IS SCARY THE AMOUNT I CONSUME! I am drawing and painting every single item and recording every single thought.

Introducing Christian Schellewald. He was the art director for Over The Hedge and the author of LA<>SF. Below are some of his sketches on LA and San Francisco. I got his book a year ago and it's amazing and inspiring to study how he captures scenes with simple lines and colours shades.

While looking at Stephane Manel's illustrations on Evian's water bottle, I came across a music video illustrated and art directed by him. His signature of black and white brush strokes are amazing, and not only limited to fashion illustration which he's known for.
