Navy Openhouse 2007 Poster

Sok kuan, Thalia and I did this pixel art poster for the Navy Openhouse. We also did a location map and a bunch of icons for the project. At the time, all three of us were dreaming in pixels and 32 bit colors.

Thanks all! Yeah, it was quite a lot of tedious work. Luckily Sokkuan is a fast learner. Pixel art had been around since the beginning of web design back in the late 90's. Don't' know why all of the sudden it's now come in Singapore. Originally pixel art is a drawing style for making illust files smaller for online use. Combining isometric drawing and a pixel's 1x1 building block, its like making lego structures. Good for showing details subjectively.
