27th Sept??? Wah serious ah? I think alot of people are bogged down to respond to such a tight deadline.

Is this pro bono or paid? More info pls

pro bono..
nonprofit org, no money to pay for professional designs, but its hoped to be a big platform for local artists to advertise their handiwork, through the media coverage and huge mural that will sit there smack in the heart of town.

the urgency is cos we want to meet the olympic timelines, so we maximise the media coverage. heh.

we might end up fusing several artists' works/concepts together!

a really preliminary concept sketch is all thats needed at this stage though.. it should give the approving ministries a clear idea of what the end product should be
