The artist for "Vagabond" was having an exhibition at a museum at Ueno Park in Tokyo. It hadn't started when i was there mid May. But it's quite cool that comic art is being exhibited as contemporary fine art. This is a huge billboard I wish I cld hang on my room wall.

the artist is takehiko inoue, and he's also the genius behind the slamdunk series. i've been a hardcore fan since forever, and i've all his comic works plus a volume of pure illustration.

when i was in sec school all i wanted to do was marry this guy, man.

haha interesting drooling responses. The exhibition ends 6th July. Maybe Adeline can still make it.
