NOTE: Those red label dots i placed on the sketch are actually mistakes that i made; as my patience to get the details right was wearing a little thin, Gahhhh....!

Starlight
Messing about in a freer style. Detail of a painting I did last night. Acrylics, acrylic inks on canvas board laid with some pages of a chinese graphic magazine. Glad I managed to squeeze in one more painting for 2008!Happy new year, everyone! Live long and prosper (and keep creating!)

Passing Time
Pen on paper drawing on my old sketchbook I did last year.
I was waiting for a friend who kept me waiting for the morning.
Luckily enough I brought my tools and put it all on paper.
Art is therapeutic....

Merry Christmas Everyone!
Alright guys this is gory messy stuff,
scroll down at your own risk, queasy hearted must not see this!!!
Apologies to those who happened to see this as they scroll and they start hurling all over their workstation, sorry, sorry ^_^
If you hadn't read Ichi the Killer, do so!! And also agree with me Kakihara (the guy skewering a victims throat) is absolutely badass.

First Try @ Mixed Media
Trying my hands on traditional (first few). Its totally different from doing digital. Mistakes are just part of the piece, i learn how to appreciate them, the rawness, uncertainty and looking around my table for solutions. Pencils, pen, sharpie, spray cans, watercolors and whiteout were used. Can't wait to start on the next one.

Hay all!!
hai guise I'm Bella. I'm studying at the moment..
Never ever touched any kind of comic drawing in my life (I swear my heart to the heavens above!!)..
Feels strange and fun to start on something at last. Heres something I felt like drawing after a few drinks, and the inspiration from weird and complicated looking sequential art (Chris Bachalo's Steampunk)
Might make this into a series, god forbid.. tales of the pointless tales of yore!
Thanks to Mike for letting me poast stuffs!

Hong Kong sketchbook
Some sketches I did while in Hong Kong on holiday last week. Pencil and poster colours. To see more, click here.
Weekend is the time to sketch...
Weekend again and it is time to go out sketching with friends. I am always looking forward to this time and I would always make sure I got enough pen mileage on the sketchbook. Here are what i have for the last weekend...
In church: the best spot is to sit right at the corner. It is really fun to sketch, listen to the sermon and jot down sermon notes all at the same time, I think I'll do this all the time.
