Remember the nonsensical sketch I did not long before. Here's a quick 3D modeling done based on the sketch with basic shader occlusion render. I added another photoshop manipulation to get a ANAGLYPH, only visible for those with a pair of anaglyph glasses (red and blue type).

The next step is to put some textures on it... but i have to go through the grueling task of laying out the UV.

interesting character design. i see some resemblence to you. i like it. now to find those 3d specs.
But the Anaglyph image is not looking well here... somehow it is not working nice after posting...must be the compression.
Recently i saw Bjork's Wanderlust HD anaglyph music video. I loop it so many times my eyes could only see in offset values!
Disney is going big with the 3D movie business. This could be the way we view art in the near future. What i meant to say is it'll be cool to take the illustration to the next level. Oh, and one more thing, if you going to put texture, are you just going to use simple mapping technique or are you going to simulate scales and follicles?
