Mother and Baby

Nice editorial piece! I love the attention to details. The neon coloured books are a little ditracting for me but it's a minor thing la, overall looks great :)

haha nice work! The kid's face is great. I think if you had made the room smaller (maybe cropped of the mother a bit too) it would have emphasized the mountain of books even more.

the lines and colours are pretty good. I think the composition could have been cropped tighter or arranged so that you see just enough to tell the story. (eg. you don't need to see the whole table to tell this story.) and playing up the size contrast between the foreground character and background character might make it more interesting

Hi everyone, thank you for your comments! :) The designers of the magazine did eventually crop off the legs of the table, so it was more of a close up. So good point Drew! :)
