i've added an exchange between the 2 characters in part 2, maybe that will shed some light. :)
basically Hiddon is a mysterious compulsive liar who seeks acceptance, but he doesn't reveal his true self. so he masak-masak with people. woond couldnt see through it, but vincent did.

Not a big fan of the grey border though. I think it is too overpowering and kind of make the frames less punchy imho. (esp bluffpt2.jpg) Its full colour- why not make it a different grey from the character?
noted on the grey. i thought the frames might look more cohesive with the characters if i use the same grey. but you are right, vincent seems drowned. i will update with the other parts along with a new frame in my next round.
